At Varasri Herbal Products OPC Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund request.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible
Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order details, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
